Art meticulously lined up every screw, because that's how he rolls, and also because he can.
Even though Ipe hardwood is more difficult to work with due to its amazing strength and hardness, Art chose Ipe anyway because of its tropical beauty and long-lasting natural properties. One coat of Penofin oil finish was applied to the custom Ipe doors, siding and trim work to help the wood acclimate more evenly during the exterior weathering process.
